Events & World Bosses
Calendar events, timed global bosses, The Don, Tax the Rich, Gold Rush, Time Rift, gambling, vote/donation bosses, and weekend bonuses.

Avernic runs calendar seasons, weekend bonuses, timed global bosses, King of the Hill, a rotating Global Boss Event, Tax the Rich, Gold Rush, Time Rift raids, and gambling. Commands only work when that content is actually spawned or in-season.
Calendar seasons
- Fall — Sept 1 to Nov 1 (current season window). Home event NPC and Fall instance rooms (Event Boss / Event Devils) while active.
- Donator Release — Sept 2 to Oct 6. Donator bonus window around launch.
- Halloween — Oct 13 to Nov 7. Halloween shop/NPC, Headless Hunter instance, and Khazard can spawn. ::takeover during a Halloween spawn.
- Easter — Mar 15 to Apr 25. Bunny/event objects and ::easter / ::takeover when the Easter boss is up.
If a teleport says nothing is happening, the season is off — check Discord / ::updates.
Weekend bonuses
Weekends can roll extra bonuses automatically:
- Donator boost (variable %)
- Slayer bonus (variable %)
- Vote bonus (2× window)
Timed global bosses
These spawn on a timer or contribution well. Deal at least 1000 damage to be eligible for loot. One account per global boss.
- ::ninetails — Nine Tails (about every hour)
- ::godzilla — God Zilla
- ::groudon — Groudon (also written Groundon in some spawn messages)
- ::lugia — Lugia (longer timer)
- ::cherub — Cherubimon (longest timer)
- ::mewtwo — Mewtwo (VIP-ticket contribution well)
- ::vboss — Vote boss (community vote contribution)
- ::donboss — Donation boss
- ::veigar — Veigar (random world event)
- ::khazard — General Khazard (Halloween season only)
King of the Hill (::koth)
When King of the Hill starts, the server crowns a mirrored clone of a strong online player. Everyone hunts that clone for loot. The clone fights back, rotates protection prayers, and can cast Firewall.
- Teleport with ::koth (aliases ::kothtele / ::kingofthehill) only while a hunt is live.
- If nothing is up, the command tells you when the next hunt is expected (hunts cycle on a timer, roughly every couple of hours when enabled).
- Deal damage and land the kill for rewards. One account per world event still applies.
- Watch Discord / in-game announcements when a king is crowned.
Global Boss Event — The Don
- Open ::globaltasks (alias ::globalevent) and complete the current 12-hour objectives (NPC kills, boss kills, brothers, elites, and similar).
- When the world finishes the cycle, The Don spawns.
- Teleport with ::thedon (alias ::don) while he is up.
- After the fight there is a cooldown before the next objective cycle.
Tax the Rich
- ::tax — board of high-value targets (HVTs)
- ::taxshop — spend Tax Tokens
- ::escape — HVT escape route (30 second cooldown)
- ::taxtitle — title unlock from tokens when you have enough
Hunt windows are timed. If the board is empty, wait for the next cycle.
Gold Rush
A timed world event (about 1–2 hours). While it is live, killing NPCs drops tradable Purple Coins. Spend them in the event shop, or sell/trade them to other players. Coins stay after the event ends.
- ::goldrush (alias ::grush) — live / idle status and time remaining
- ::goldrushshop (aliases ::grshop / ::purpleshop) — spend Purple Coins on progression, supplies, and event items
Bosses drop more coins than regular monsters. Watch the world announcement when Gold Rush starts.
Time Rift Raid
- ::timerift — teleport into the Time Rift when it is open
- ::timeriftinfo — briefing / how the raid works
The rift is a scheduled raid. If the teleport says it is closed, wait for the next opening or a staff start.
Gambling
- ::gamble — teleport to the gambling area
- Challenge another player for Flower Poker, Dice Duel, Blackjack, 55x2, or Rock Paper Scissors (same stake / confirm / pot flow).
- ::rps — Rock Paper Scissors vs the house (2× on a win, tie refunds)
- Casino hub also has Blackjack, Roulette, and Slots vs the dealer.
Vote & donation PvM
- Voting helps spawn ::vboss and can open the Vote instance (vote tickets) once you are geared.
- Store support helps spawn ::donboss and VIP-gated donator instances.
